Karen has over 25 years of experience in Finance, Digital Transformation, Business Operational Delivery, Transformation and Turnaround, and has managed major change with NatWest Bank, Zurich, Swiss Re, Capita, various Aviation companies, Local Authority owned businesses and the NHS.
Karen is a Chartered Accountant with both ICAEW and CIMA and is an expert in delivering Corporate and Social Responsibility governance, compliance and development through procurement and supply chain management.
Karen oversees epi’s Finance, HR, Operations and Governance functions, as well as running epi’s outsourcing contract for JAC and its members, managing our delivery to the world’s largest ICT companies. In addition, she has held Non Executive Directorships within Aviation, Education and Housing sectors.
